The gold standard are the ruipro cables. You can try to find similar specs but be prepared for it to fall short on specific use cases or have qc issues which happen after day 1 and everything seems fine. Fiber hdmi are active electronics every time the equipment sends a signal and will have a finite lifespan shorter than a passive optical cable.
