YMMV/IN STORE DEAL

Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
All 5 of the stores near me are showing $199 on Brickseek, but I'm not going to thumbs down your helpful link. I guess some people can't be bothered with the chance of a deal unless it's guaranteed they'll get it for the sale price (that is obviously a YMMV clearance price available in some stores and not just a regular sale). These stores aren't going to list these items as a sale as they're not available at all locations. These YMMV deals are pretty much leftovers that never sold and they're getting rid of them to make room for newer items that are going to sell (or at least expected/hoped to). Sheesh...... Thanks for letting people know about the deal. It's obvious you weren't the only one to find it at that price. Good luck to everyone looking to score 1. I was able to score the 230 piece Craftsman set at Lowe's for $45 after Christmas so I'm not bothered by missing out on this one.
Ah yes just what I need a bunch of a cheap bits and Allen keys
If all you want is sockets, then buy a socket set instead. Home Depot[homedepot.com] has dozens of different sets to choose from so you should be able to find something that meets your particular needs.

Kind of true. Over half of this set is crappy bits and cheap allen keys. It is not a bad deal. IMHO $199 is crazy high, $80 is a good price, $40 is a Slickdeal. I picked up the Lowe's Kobalt 277 piece socket kits in box like these a few years ago for $40 when they clearanced them out.
Like I said, this is still a good deal though.
