Single 2A battery? Lol good luck
One thing that helps when snow blowing wet snow is using a silicone spray. I saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0puwmjuQtSM and at first wasn't sure if it would work, but it did. The snow wasn't sticking the cavity walls, and it made a big difference in performance and time.
Because some people will plug it in a 15amp outlet

Are there adapters out there to get Kobalt 80v batteries to power this brand?

I was just gonna say, what does a 2AH battery last on one of these like 5 minutes?

If you are gonna go electric go corded. Plug it in and go. Trust me life is good with corded snow blowers been doing it for 15 years now. FWIW I love my battery hand tools but a snow blower is not one.

No adopter but there are videos in YouTube on how to use Kobalt 80V batteries in Green works system with slight modification in the battery case

Huh? 20A plugs are different from 15A ones (literally to prevent people from doing what you thought they would) shake head

Haven't owned this brand, but would recommend ego if you want battery powered lawn/snow/trimmers.

I would reccomend not buying EGO. Under no load. My battery only had 70% capacity. Under load, the 4 amp hour lasted about 20 mins. They refused to honor the warranty.

I bought this exact model 7 years ago on Black Friday for $188, and it has met my occasional winter storm needs here near Indianapolis. Don't expect it to forge effortlessly through 2 feet deep slush, but it does OK when you push it through heavy drifts a bit at a time.

One 2A battery won't get you far, but I have this battery ecosystem for my mower and blower too, and have a 4A and several 2A batteries.

Yeah, but I could definitely see someone just swapping out their outlet. Hopefully the breaker would still protect the circuit.

Doesn't work to bad in light snow maybe 4"-6". Also if you have kobalt 80v lawn equipment, check out video on how to incorporate the Kobalt battery with the greenworks brand. They are made by same company

Thanks. I'm 2 hours south west of 70. So I get less snow and sometimes just sleet and such. Debating if I need it. But I have several other units in their ecosystem too.

Thank you just what I was looking for.

It does not snow much here but we have a very long driveway and every few years we will get more than 5"

I have three Kobalt batteries so if I buy this I will have four for both all 2AH.

#1 A cold beer, nice bourbon, or mixed cocktail of your choice. Then sit back and wait until the spring melt.
#2 Finding a wealthy helpful neighbor that loves to play with their winter toys
#3 Finding an energetic young person that's looking to make a buck or two to do it for you
#4 Move further south
