Sovol has the SV06 Plus 3D printer on sale for $249~~$269~~ (which is $30~~$10~~ below the previous lowest price) instead of $329 with the coupon code SV06P20 shown in the product picture there. Shipping is free.
It's the same concept as the SV06 with linear bearings on all axes, except the Plus is larger. You can also optionally upgrade it with a Klipper screen.

I've tried and the code also works with the bundles shown there, if you want to order a filament for $10 more or get it with the Klipper screen right away.

We all start somewhere, so no need to apologize. It's awesome that you asked!

A Raspberry Pi Zero 2w is $20. But you'll need a MicroSD card and a USB cable to connect from the pi to the printer. Raspberry Pi imager can download and write Klipper to the MicroSD card (MainsailOS = Klipper with Mansail interface). If you're new, go with the Sovol Klipper Screen, as it's plug and play.
