while there are some production reasons on why you would want to buy a 4.5 years old card (those were released in Q3 2019), you would be almost always better to buy a RTX 4060 for more or less the same money.

I would advise to stay away from their refurbish items. Their factory doesn't test these thoroughly and their refurbished warranty sucks monkey balls.

When I posted yesterday , Amazon wearhouse 4060 can be had for 270
