EDIT: I even looked further into this because it really is an interesting laptop. There were some threads about a BIOS update. But it doesn't look like it resolved the issue. There was even a second BIOS update on the issue and it didn't seem to resolve it. That's as recently as November 2023. https://community.acer.

You could also wait until later this year when more windows laptops with ARM processors will be available. Early reviews for those seem promising for productivity laptops.
