Really? Every issue I've had (but one) they just shipped a whole new one out. One time we didn't like some chairs and paid about $15 return shipping through them (would have been $50+ if done ourselves). I'm pretty happy with our 10-12 orders over the past couple years, including one LTL that was 300# and brought up 10 steps to our porch.

I checked the Walmart out from the link That's nice but Walmart has a few of them on sale a couple look like they're built even better and they come with an extra pillow at the top and a little wider more room. And easier returns like you said

They accept returns only if there is a issue. In furniture world, that makes sense with heavy cost of shipping involved. That's the same policy with furniture stores
