    Probably you are mixing 2things shipped and sold they both are different if it's sold by Amazon then they get it from manufacturer, shipped by Amazon can be from any seller

    Are you sure that if product is coming direct from manufacturer and sold by Amazon that this fresh product is mixed in the same basket as stuff they are shipping for third party sellers that might be old and close to expiration?
