Same. I bought it for my wife to play on her switch then had to buy it again so we could play together via wifi for local co-op. Oddly doesn't allow you to game share and play together at the same time. $15 well spent though.

Split screen and can go wherever you want separately, excluding festivals.

You share a farm, but get multiple houses on that farm. It's split screen so everyone can go do their own thing. The one exception is seasonal events which everyone must join before it can start.

I've never seen a single person say a bad word about this game.

If you even remotely enjoy video games, and haven't played this yet, the time is now.

The 1.6 update is coming mid-march which will add even MORE content to an already content-rich game.

Definitely one of the best games of all time.

This is an excellent game to play with your kiddos. I think I've put in 45 hours with mine in about 4 weeks. Very layered and surprisingly complex.
