anyone knows if this is sort of a tiffany blue color? i keep seeing different photos that looks like it then see other photos that has a lighter shade

I take it you're not a watch guy. Sizing in watch isn't just about the hard dimensions. Both the total case diameter and the dial diameter play some roles in whether a watch looks appropriate on someone's wrist, and arguably the dial diameter plays a larger role. Watches with the same case diameter measurement, but with a larger bezel, have a smaller dial diameter. For this watch in particular, without a thicker bezel, most of that 40 mm is dial estate. This makes the watch appear larger than other watches with a thicker bezel.
