Is there something special about this brand? Local Wallyworld sells 26oz whole jalapeños for $1.47 everyday price. Yeah, this gets delivered to my door, but... is that why this is a 'deal?'

Edit: looks like a WM across town has this same brand for $1.58... also everyday price. See attached screenshot.

Just interested in knowing what people do with a large can of this after opening it ?

I blend the whole can and make a delicious sauce. Yum.

Solid price for those looking to eat a pound and a half of canned jalapenos.

Good price if don't have easy access to them, but normal price at most supermarkets. This brand tends to be milder than others, so it doesn't burn on the way out.
thanks for the heads up. i'll stick to the raw version then. the heat is why i buy them.

Immediately throw away the carrots and onions.

I've purchased this over 35 times on Amazon. FYI - at least 1/2 of the "solid" contents are carrots and onions.

Guess you really like the carrot/onion filler, lol?

Must be only 10 -12 whole peppers in there, if that?

I've bought these before and they are good, but didn't need the fillers, so I make my own.

Just got my can yesterday. Can't say I'm a fan. I'm not sure why there is oil in there. Adds an odd texture. I prefer my quick pickled fresh jalapenos, which are acidic and crisp. Don't think I'll be getting these again. Oh well, I'll still eat them and at least they were cheap!
