This is not really a deal. Most Mexican grocery stores will have these for $1.25 with other comparable brands. Comes with around 20-25 peppers per can. Jalapeños are hit and miss with heat when fresh. Still low heat in comparison to most peppers. Pickled, peppers will be as hot as the hottest ones on the barrel, so heat will stay consistent. These are the same kind you put on nachos. They go great with anything. Seriously. I've had jalapeño ice cream. Add some of the vinegar to soups or salads too. Use them on pico de gallo or salsas instead of fresh peppers for a variation in flavors. Keep in glass jar if possible in fridge. Can last a long time but get softer with time.
I was going to buy these with my monthly 25th of the month S&S order. The main screen said delivery on Aug 25th, but the confirmation screen changed my delivery to Aug 4. I normally get things monthly on the 25th and I always max out (5 items) to get the 15%. An early delivery shortens the time I have to find five deals before shipment. Just something to watch for if you do a monthly S&S.

I have completely stopped buying Subscribe and save items now that Amazon has rigged the system so that you not be able to use your gift card balance on S&S items. Cancelled all my existing subscribe and save subscriptions too....I will buy from Walmart from now on...their prices on most food items are substantially cheaper than Amazon anyway.

I was glad when they started that. I would accidentally use a gift card balance and it would sit there most of the month until the order shipped.

I have been able to use my gift card balance, but only if the item doesn't have a coupon clipped. Very annoying indeed, but I still have a lot of gift card balance to use up so I can't stop ordering S&S just yet.
How are these from a spicy standpoint? Reviews on Amazon say spicier than a regular jalp... I'll cut to the chase, how much pain will this cause on the backend when the time comes?
