I think in general it's 2-3lbs per hour. It's an expensive but fast and convenient way to heat a remote area.

5-6 hours, at least mine did. Mine was Walmart brand though.
Yup, it's not terribly hard to do.
Similarly, I converted my new gas dryer to LP by changing the tips (purchased off Amazon) and following YouTube videos. I can't imagine converting this to NG to be harder since there aren't electronics and small access windows to work in. I plan on using LP since that's what my house was installed with.
