There is a difference is the steel gauge 18 vs 24, between the Pro and the Bold.

That's not a difference...that's an ocean. 24 gauge is foil.

Been waiting for this deal to come back, I believe matches previous lows. From what I've read on garage forums it's a decent set, but the customer service is much better through Costco than Newage itself. Last time the white and ?grey sets sold out well before the deal expired.

Can't speak to the bold, but we have the Pro set and it's great quality. Bought from Newage directly and had 3 issues with shipping. So buying from Costco seems like the best play here.

Can either base be hung on wall without needing support legs?

I needed to install the legs manually, so I would think yes. From a weight perspective, I have a corner piece which was just as heavy as the bottom storage units that is hung on the wall.

I have the Bold set in my garage. They're like cheap filing cabinets- thin steel and not particularly deep. Totally fine for casual storage and they look nice overall. Solid choice for organizing a garage.

I've got the outdoor kitchen ones from Costco/newage. I added pieces directly from newage to complete what I needed. Great cabinets and amazing value.

My only beef for the kitchen set was that the sink uses a one hole, horizontal mount faucet. Which as far as I can tell isn't really a thing because I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I wanted one with a pull out sprayer.

So the smaller the gauge the thicker the steel? Pro is better?

I got the bold and it's very good quality metal. No complaints.

It has not been $999 in a long time. I bought a set 6 months ago and it was more than this
