The whole process finished in a week. I've heard pretty terrible things about their trade in program but it was probably one of the smoothest one I've ever done.
Should I see the discount applied to my final price? Or is capital one going to apply the discount to my card as a credit?
Double checked, it's 15% rewards activated. Hmmm, so it looks like I get a reward later down the road to redeem and it's not a discount applied to the price?
Following up: Woo-hoo, capital one notification that I got $55 on rewards so the 15% discount was honored. That makes my final total, tax included, $337.

I had only seen the 6% discount on the app. But 2 nights ago, I open the app and there is the 15% discount for this phone. It got me off the fence and I finally ordered. I only checked because once again my Samsung S9 battery died while I was out and I couldn't pay with Wallet to get out the train station.
Oh, yeah, I have no idea why the 15% discount popped up. I desperately needed a new phone so I decided even if I didn't receive the 15% discount, $392 all in was still a good deal. Luckily capital one confirmed the discount.
From March 25th to 21st. Status stays the same: preparing order.

I looked up my FedEx account to check for an upcoming delivery. There's one shipment initiated from Azez Inc. (New Jersey). I googled it, it's the third party that OnePlus uses. However the shipping status at OnePlus website still hasn't changed.
I would just rely on FedEx info.
