The Legion 5 Pro is a heavy machine relative to the P16s, although it is actually pretty streamlined and not especially heavy for a 16" gaming machine. But I would not call it a very portable machine. It's fine for carrying from point A to point B in a laptop, but working with it on your lap is very uncomfortable and carrying it from the desk to the sofa takes effort (both hands unless you are pretty strong guy).
If you want gaming / graphics capability and a lighter/sleeker form factor, check out the Legion Slim 7 (now called the Legion 7 in 2024). It's slimmer and lighter than the Legion 5 Pro but has almost the same performance capabilities.
All the ones I've seen were aftermarket display installs.
Biz class Lenovo don't really go beyond 60Hz AFAIK.
I do get the power button issue on my model, but it's not as bad as people say. It's just a quirk that exists to remind you that life can't be perfect.
Happens maybe once a quarter for me. Random restarts happen more frequently for me at ~once a month. That's where I close the laptop lid with some windows open... then open the lid and it looks like a brand new session.
Then again, I have a very customized setup, so I expect my experience to be an outlier.
At this price, I'd consider getting this laptop again. Gets much sweeter though, when CB sites offer 10-15% like they do during the BF weekends.

Just checked. It still shows for me but the points back has dropped to 9x instead of 12x
If you don't see Lenovo as a partner site in Perks, then maybe it's not offered with your employer? Not sure. I know they do that with some Samsung offers but I've never seen it with Lenovo.
