I initially signed up for the $45/m because of the cloud and "freebies." Not knowing how long id have to pay before cancelling, i opted for the $35/m plan which has exactly the same speed and price guarantees. They didnt include the wifi extender. The cloud is useless for uploading any significant files. Dont need a Switch and didnt know what I was getting so didnt know if I could sell it. Dont need a $200 target card or chromebook. For basically now $1 a day price guarantee for the next 5 years, i have a solid basic internet service which is awesome.

Live near Chicago. Got this deal in January when they were offering 200$ or an Amazon Echo with an Xbox Series X. Wife plays FPS online who hasn't noticed a difference after switching from Xfinity.

Still a great deal even if a Switch is almost 200$ cheaper than a Series X.

Has anyone been able to use this at different service address? I tried first time at different location and only connected for few minutes then no signal. I got LTE Home internet years ago and been able to use it for traveling. Is this now locked to the service address you signed up for?

Don't do it. I'm struggling to make it through the next 2 months before I can cancel and go back to my previous provider, their internet speed is a joke!

I own one. Decent speeds passing Xfinity most basic at 20mbps. I get solid 60mbps with 10 upload on Verizon internet

I live in Chicago IL and use mine as backup internet line WAN2 for my UniFi Firewall Dream Machine Pro SE

I just received the unit and I have to say, the installation was painless. The speeds are quite decent and the system feels much snappier compared to my existing Spectrum service at home. I'm genuinely surprised and pleased with this deal, especially appreciating the fact that I won't have to worry about price increases for the next five years. The additional benefits of the gift card and the switch just sweeten the deal.

hate to break it to you but it's 6 months otherwise they'll charge you for the goodies. you can cancel now before receiving any goodies and you'll just be out of the service charges. better to go that route than suffer for 6 months.

Same experience. Irvine, California. Getting better, more consistent wireless speeds than I had with Google Fiber.

Also upgraded our cell plan from 2GB to unlimited. Went from $237/month for cell+internet(Spectrum internet) to $241. Got the Switch and $200 Target gift card. 5 year price guarantee on internet.

I work from home and my employer reimburses me $150/month for cell and/or internet.

I'm in Orange County as well. I was going to wait to return my spectrum modem but that is going back today.
