Just shocked at the incompetency. I was planning to talk to her manager but I did not have the strength after fighting with her for 10 mins. Just horrible experience
Write a bad review for your local store and mention her name. call the store or go back and ask someone for her name. Post it on yelp, google, other business rating sites. That woman has lost her mind. I spot them from a long distance and avoid contact with them. I only waited long before someone helped me. I hope the guy who processed me today still gets his bonus when i cancel service.
. But heres the thing with activation fee. When ATT sends you the bill open it in app/website and there will be a line called "Don't recognize this fee" under activation fee. You can click on it get it waived immediately (even if it's more than 3 days)
