I was able to create the ATT account but I have not yet unlocked my Google voice number for porting out. Would ATT be able to cancel my line without the porting process complete?

port out a GV# and typed all the info but I received the following msg "Okay, now let's create your AT&T account. Your wireless carrier has declined your application. Please contact your carrier or visit your local Best Buy store." then I got an email from att saying to verify my email for account ending in 8123...! I proceeded to confirm the email but the order is not going through, the phone is still in the shopping cart and there is no confirmation... Should I call Best Buy or ATT to make sure there is no account under my name?

There might be another email from Google to unlock the number?

It's in a limbo state so I'm not sure but if the line does not activate properly they shouldn't charge you for that but given it's ATT I'm not sure.

I been refreshing gmail but not email neither from Google or best buy. I just received att email to verify my email...!

Just before the device is shipped. You can use any number for port in.

Update. I decided that I would stop being a cat (I'm using cat for another word I probably can't use here lol) and just pick it up. As soon as I got confirmation from BB that the order was ready for pickup, I canceled my service before even picking up the phone at the store.
