I bought an 85" refurb Samsung QN90A 3 months ago for $1690. Incredible tv, zero issues, just wish I upgraded sooner from my Samsung 65" curved 4k LCD (8500 model) I bought in 2018. QLED is great, would take an 85" QLED over a 77" OLED because of the size difference. I may buy this for the bedroom. I have bought everything Samsung (phones, tvs, laptops, hard drives, smarthings, etc) for 10+ years and never had a single issue once except no regret.
That has not been my experience at all. Quite the opposite. However, that does not prevent me from buying Samsung again as they all seem the same. But getting a bad 85 inch out of the gate doesn't help.
Looks like the EPP price is back up to $2079 for the QN90C 85 inch.

Every manufacturer has lemons. The only Apple phone I bought was the Apple 4 or 5, notorious for the physical home button breaking. That ended my Apple experience. The Samsung Z Fold 5 is mind blowing good. Samsung is the market leader in tv sales for 20 years in a row for a reason.
