Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good rage against a cellphone company. But I'm confused by this one. Why are you feeling ditched that T-mo doesn't offer a test drive to current customers? Were you hoping to test out the T-mo network, even though you are already a customer?

What?! Why do you need a free test drive if you are already a T-Mobile customer? 🤦 I have plenty of complaints about T-Mobile, but this is just ridiculous! As for perks, have you never heard of T-Life or their Dining Rewards program?

Does anyone know how the tech works to force SD quality video streams? Curious how they are inspecting traffic to even know it is video. Or are they actually partnering with sites.

I can't find "Try T-Mobile" when I open up the app. Does it mean I am not eligible? I have the XR.
You have downloaded the app before. At least for me, the app still have cached data from my old account from two years ago on my iPhone 13 pro. I tried on another phone and the fresh app shows Try T-Mobile immediately

I cannot hit the "allow" for com.tmobile.pr.mytmobile to access my phone's eUICC profile. The button on the app doesn't look like it's clickable to me. Then if I try to download esim, then it fails, with "we had a missed connection".

This all seemed to work for me, but when I went to create a T-Mobile ID, it asked me for a pin that I set up in store. Obviously, I don't have one and I can't get past the step to create my ID with my new phone number I got. Any help?

I am on Mint and I get "UH-OH...sorry, something went wrong" in the last step of the Network Pass setup.

Yeah, that's essentially how I found three deal. I had to factory reset my phone and when I opened the tmobile app to check my bill, it was advertising this trial offer. So, if anyone is having issues, you might need to clear app cache.

Yes that button is not clickable. I was getting the same error on my s23, called them and they fixed it for me

faced same situation. Do not create t mobile id that way. First login and then link your new phone number to an existing account.
