these taste 1000x better than the optimum men's multi.. those taste awful and smell even worse.
These taste like nothing and don't smell like much at all.
Easy to get down and much better than optimum imo.

The opti nutrition bottle I got has no taste or smell and was easy to swallow. No need for water

Just a heads up… while these are branded as a multivitamin, I immediately noticed a HUGE negative impact on my sleeping patterns. When I stopped taking these, sleeping went right back to normal. Be warned.
