Not Scotts though. Although it is 2cu ft, better than Scotts' 1.5cu-ft ripoff
They have done this for the last several years and I have taken advantage of it several times

Home Depot also has mulch same price of $1.665 cuft
Scotts $2.50 for 1cu ft [homedepot.com]
Vigoro $3.33 for 2cu ft [homedepot.com] (already on sale some North)
If you plan on living at your house for a long time, better off biting the bullet now and just buy rocks/stones instead of mulch.
