Apparently the restaurant can change the prices it charges when you use Uber Eats. I order all the time from other restaurants and the charge is either the same or very close. I'm posting this only to let you know that you might want to compare the prices.

Sure I'm willing to pay a bit extra with a tip for not having to get my sorry ass up and drive to the restaurant but in this case the extra amount was like 25%
Every item on the menu was a few bucks more and when adding it all up, and adding in Uber Eats "Just because we can" fee, the coupon was not only useless but I would have paid $15 more. And BTW I have a paid yearly membership!

They charge restaurant owners 30% fee and users a 15% (upto $15) on top of $0.49-0.99 delivery fee.

I'm in DFW. I added COLLEGE24EATS in the app but instead of the cities mentioned in the OP, I got a $10 off $25 delivery coupon (10x) for a bunch of west coast cities. It won't apply at checkout for anything in DFW. Pissed.
