Same tote was on sale at Costco for 6.99 a month ago. Bought 4. They are nice totes. Only complaint is they are a bit tall and my shelves only fit 1 per row where as Rubbermaid could fit 2 per row. So just be prepared that these are large totes

I can confirm the Costco ones and Home Depot ones are not interchangeable and only one of the brands will stack on the other (loosely) but not vice versa. I can't remember which stacks on which (I suspect it's HDX that fits on top of GreenMade but I'm not near them to confirm) but I do know that my garage has a healthy mix of them and it's a tad annoying. Unfortunately I bought them for a move so once they were packed and I tried to stack it was game over. Wasn't about to unpack them and return so it is what it is.

We need a USB-like standard for these totes. HD, Lowes, Costco, now office depot, all have slightly different dimension.

Are these airtight enough to keep out moisture? Thinking of using them for 3D printing filament storage.

Sams had an end cap today with these (or maybe a little larger) for $8.98 I think. This was in Rock Hill SC...just outside Charlotte NC.

These don't ship no matter the size of your order?

No. Both the bin and the lid are pretty rigid plastic. They're strong, but they don't seal together.

You could probably put piece of weatherstripping in the groove of the lid that would seal pretty well. It would have to be thin so that the lid latch tabs still snap into place.

There are matching holes in the lid and top flange of the bin itself that I wish weren't there. I'm never going to put locks on it, and those create a way for (a little bit of) rain to get in so they're not useful for outdoor storage.

Nope, they're not even spider tight as I recently discovered.

That's not a bad idea. I might have to try running a bead of caulk or something like that inside of the lid to seal them up from critters.

Just fyi, it's this price all the time at Lowe's, if you want to buy at least 4 for pick up.

10.98$ at Lowes by me in NY
Buy 4 Get 12% Of

10.98$ * 0.88 = 9.66$ per bin

8.99$ < 9.66$

For those saying it's $6.99 at Costco, is that in-store? On the website I see $47.99 for 4 bins which is quite a bit more expensive.

No, you will want something with a gasket. These are more "splash proof".
