The one thing I like about vent based ones are when the AC is running it will cool down the phone when charging.

I think he/she is referring to the way it mounts to the vent and not how your phone mounts to it.

Not that guy, but I like the vent holder mount ($8.96) and not the swing arm one . It holds more firmly and grips the phone the right amount.
