Only had 15% on my account page, so I passed. Happy about it, dont need the temptation and extra sugar, but the orange ones are so dang good!

Got it. I spent a couple of extra dollars to get the blueberry flavor but is still a slick deal. Thanks

you might be right, I have never seen DISODIUM PYROPHOSPHATE and DATEM in any "breakfast cookie"

For those of us whom it matters, About 20% of each 50g serving, is added sugar.

It's more or less devoid of macronutrients. It's mostly carbs with some fat, salt, fiber, and protein. I don't think it's sufficiently fortified. However, it's at least one step above potato chips, oreos and soda. I also respect that it comes in packaged portions. You know exactly how much you're eating.

We used to buy these regularly at Costco a few years ago and stopped after noticing the much hyped "steady energy all morning" was not really accurate. This used to very prominantly displayed on the front of the box now not so much. Also, unless you drink a lot of water these things will really bind you up!

Grab a piece of whole wheat toast and slap some peanut butter on it and it will be way less and healthier

.46 a serving can buy a LOT of breakfast
