Factory refurbished is often a term they are required to use due to manufacturer/distributor agreement. I've purchased several "Factor Refurbished/New Open Box" items that come just like new. Not for all shoppers, I get it. But there's value for watch shoppers of this brand which tends to be stylish while attractive
