I went and did the math - this is about $.20/oz depending on your taxes after you take out the bag fee, which is just slightly better per oz than whatever's listed on Walmart right now (I think $.24/oz).
So depending on your shopping habits, this might still be an ok deal.

I just bought kettle chips today 24 ounces for $6......regularly $15
Doritos are $4 for 9.5 ounces.
Chips are $2 for 7.5 ounces for lays on sale....etc etc
