Looks like a good deal from Walmart, they have other sizes too, cheapest brand name tire I could find for my Jeep size 225 55 18. From doing my research looks like it's only made for Walmart and very similar to Kuhmo HP71 but without a tread mileage warranty which usually ends up being useless.

I'm looking at new tires for my grand Cherokee. Are these things pretty good for the investment price? It's a different size but pretty much same price

I was on a budget and can't find any brand name tire for under $100 at this size. If price wasn't so much a factor I would prob buy the good years. For this price I don't think you would be disappointed.

I prefer local tire shops for that and just pay cash. Sometimes you save money

Wow pretty good. Covid times this tire was closer to 150 dollars at Costco. Glad to see the price is coming down

Just my own experience—-These tire has high tendency of having cupping issues around 30k mark. I had a set on my previous '16 Sedona and same set on current '21 Pacifica . One of the tire has cup issues on each car making bad noises…just put on a set of Nexen 5000 from Walmart last week. Couldn't be happier with the quietness!

Isn't cupping a symptom of poor wheel balance or suspension problems? The Nexen you just got may still be too new to know if it'll happen again. I thought Kumho usually made better tires than Nexen and similar in quality to Hankook.

I bought these last week in 275/55r20 for $125. Thought is that these should outlast how much longer we're planning to keep the vehicle and didn't want to pay 2x for better tires when I'm probably only planning to keep the vehicle for ~20-30k more. Also, as a plus-member, it comes with "free road hazard warranty when you purchase new tires with installation." No idea how helpful Walmart will be, but I have it...

I bought tires from Walmart.com this past year and had them shipped to store for install. First install they put an incorrect tire on passages front. 2nd install it shook so bad it was not drivable, had to get picked up. 3rd install/balancing they got it good enough to get on the highway before it started to shake. 4th install/balance I drove to another Walmart and was finally able to get them installed correctly. St. Louis Mapplewood Walmart, please stay clear of. Do NOT go there.

I've had good luck buying tires from Walmart and getting them shipped to my house and paying a local shop to install. I don't have any experience with this brand.

Will be mounting this tire on a new rim. Walmart $18 installation says it include valve stem and tmps service. Does it mean the supplies (valve stem & tmps sensors) is included in the $18? Or you have to buy the supplies?

A wheel/tire alignment is recommended after installing new tires. Could resolve a lot of the bad experiences mentioned in this thread.
