I got the same error and figured out how to get around it. Don't use the links above. Login to Metro with your phone line and PIN. Then, go to Phones & devices >> Tablets & devices. I was then able to select the Samsung tablet and added a line and paid $20. Hope this helps you out.

Wouldn't that be more of a problem since whatever info they have for people don't match up?
it makes it easier because there no name or address on privacy cards.

Why would it be "easier"? Metro already has my address on my account.

"Please contact us to complete your order" - This is what I got after placing the order and my CC was charged $20. When I called them they say the order wasn't even placed, and I should file a dispute with my bank.

Samsung (TFT screen, 3GB ram) vs TCL (LCD screen, 2GB ram).
Decided on the samsung because will be using it as car GPS so the ram might be more important. Also quick share, so I can transfer video files from my samsung phone faster

No, don't worry. They credited to your CC already.

I think this A7 Lite(?) tablet is the one that T-Mobile was supplying with those $10 unlimited tablet plans a few years ago... If so, yes, they really are slow. If you just use it for simple stuff though like YouTube with no ads via a certain program or offline games/media, I guess it's fine.... It's just sluggish opening and going between apps...

Yeah they credited after a few mins. Is it worth trying again ? Or will I get the same screen again ? CS has no clue on why the order went to pending. Said its because only phones can be ordered online , all tablets should be ordered only through phone or in store 🤦

both are trash but the TCL is more trash, the samsung has 4 gbs the tcl has 3 gigs and both are pretty slow.

Best buy is to buy and sell for like 120 on Offerup or Facebook, don't even open it.
I think both have 3gb RAM

Quick question: I bought 2 A15's that came with 2 SIM. I did not put the sim on 1st A15 and activate but i already trade in that with spectrum. I called the customer care, they activated the 1st A15 and im trying to use sim card on 1st A15 with the 2nd A15, but the phone is not recognizing the 1st A15 sim however it works with the SIM it came with. Is it the case, respective sim card works only with respective phones while ordered?

I just found my Galaxy A14 5G sealed in a box from the metro deal from Jan 23
It won't let me sign in. Should I open the box and activate the phone to get the tablet deal?
Thanks

You need to register the phone's IMEI with the line in order for it to work -- don't think you can use same IMEI for both active lines (change IMEI to another phone on 2nd line then change IMEI on 1st line to your existing phone)

You can't just swap sims like on other carriers -- your online account or Metro app should have option for "switch phone" for free (you can phone their CS but they'll charge a service fee)

If you haven't paid for service in over a year then that line is dead -- you'll need new phone service and sim card (you can still use the Metro phone)

You can try activating it to see if it still has unused service (doubt it) -- I think you'll need an active line to get tablet deal

Can anyone help? I went through the signup process for a byod line so I could add this tablet line to it: I went all the way up until the payment page (including entering my byod imei), switched tabs to do a few things, and (in true iOS fashion) my tab refreshed and I lost progress.

Except now I can't use the imei to sign up again because it's associated with an account now, and I can't get into said account to pay because I never paid or got a phone number to login with.

Any tips?
