Add a dot anywhere in your gmail account to create a "new account" if you've ordered from chewy before. Newuser @ gmail can be n.ewuser @ gmail and its the same email for gmail but new for chewy

Chewy usually uses credit card details and/or address information to check if you've orderd with them before. You'll probably get a cancelation email saying as such. I've tried this trick a couple times, to think it worked at first, only to get an email the next day.
