I've had multiple Z20 Keyboards and the X17 wired mice, and they all randomly will stop being detected on the USB ports at times. The only resolution is to disconnect then reconnect them or reboot. Tried on multiple machines and firmware is not the problem. It's some kind of design flaw, hence the perpetually low price.
Hardware design is good, the relief/recessed texture in the mouse wheel make it difficult to get traction. Not a bad backup or or extra mouse to have for the price.
