Full Face Organic Vapor, Chemical, & Particulate Respirator - 50% off on Amazon $60 + Free Shipping w/ Prime or on $35+

Amazon [amazon.com][amazon.com] has Full Face Organic Vapor, Chemical, & Particulate Respirator - 50% off on Amazon $60 + Free Shipping w/ Prime or on $35+

Store: Amazon

I have the clear respirator version and this is by far one of the easiest masks to take on and off and creates a great seal around my face. I've used it for spraying pesticides and woodworking. Does not fog either.

I don't have much use for masks much anymore, but I have 3m and I've never had an issue with buying filters I needed (mine were particulate for cleaning most of the time, sometimes voc, but less common). If you are unlikely to use it more than once, this may work, but you're setting yourself up for a second purchase if the filters disappear or become unicorns.

I've been using respirators for well over a decade. During the worst of the pandemic my work involved dealing with the sick and I never felt unsafe wearing either a half mask or full face. I guess after you've built up confidence dealing with asbestos you learn to believe in the P100 rating meaning what it does.

For those who don't believe in masks, well it's your life, all I'll say is that I never got covid or silicosis in spite of high exposure. My first and only time getting covid was in 2023 after I'd been fully vaccinated and I changed jobs, and my kids were no longer toddlers.

I agree with the other poster about 3M or nothing, BUT i do also agree that if this is all you got I would not feel bad about it. In my line of work back then I saw MANY guys go without any kind of respirator even when doing super dangerous stuff like grinding stone with power tools. I'm prettys ure that if those guys had put on even a dinky blue ear loop mask their lungs would be a lot better today. But oh well, choices we make.

This post made me aware of the importance of such a product. I don't trust this brand, I'll be buying multiple high end 3M models at $200/ each. Should stock up on filters too.

Got to protect myself when I start making drugs and also smoke from forest fires.
