I have the clear respirator version and this is by far one of the easiest masks to take on and off and creates a great seal around my face. I've used it for spraying pesticides and woodworking. Does not fog either.

To your point regarding 3M or nothing I would certainly agree if this was PPE for a professional that is exposed to harmful dust/debris/chemicals consistently for their full time job.
Regardless, I highly encourage anyone who needs protection to always do your own research to ensure you are using the right filtration for whatever you are being exposed to. This mask suits my needs as weekend warrior looking to protect myself from saw dust/debri and protection against spraying pesticides/herbicides.

This. the 3M filter attachment is going to be far easier to find.
I use a half piece for drywalling and home projects but there are times that having a full face would be handy, as stacking goggles on top of the half piece doesn't work all that well.

The topic "white label" respirator and filter combo, currently sold under the name Parcil, shows a significant cost savings. Keep in mind, however, not all items are constructed to the same standards.
I would never filter air without first observing the literature that shows the testing standards that the equipment was built in adherence to. "Anything is better than nothing" does indeed apply to filtering out physical media (such as, dust), however, it does not apply to biological or chemical applications.
TLDR: Looks great. Performance/quality control documentation is lacking.
