YMMV

Saw this on my account. Log into your xfinity app and scroll down to see if you quality. It was before the Mobile data billing and usage section.
No trade-in required

S24+ 256GB = $999.99 - $700 = $12.50 monthly for 24 months + $90 tax = $390.
Worth?

Has anyone actually got this deal to work? The only phones on the website that won't load are the s24 plus and s24 ultra. All other phones load fine.

After entering the promo code I get -
"Check back soon to view this item. This page isn't working properly right now, but we'll be back up again shortly."
Same. But it appeared as though the code did apply for the split second before the page refreshed and gave that message.

Edit:
Interestingly, the code did apply. I went back to shop for devices, and now the S24+ and Ultra show the discounted monthly cost rather than reflecting the $500 promo w/ trade-in. Unfortunately, clicking on either of those phones continues to result in that "Check back soon" message.

You are 50% through. Don't give up. The challenge is to hit the button to get to next page before the page refreshes with the error message. It took me 5 tries

If you end up with the error, start all over in incognito mode and directly land on the product page.THIS IS KEY. You will get the opportunity to login to your account later and go to cart reflecting the discount.

I just ported both my phones to US Mobile (Verizon towers) and bought renewed unlocked phones. Best decision ever. I was with Xfinity Mobile for years and always overpaying for phones and the bills kept getting higher and higher. They had deals for new customers but nothing worthwhile for their existing customers. Won't miss them should have done this years ago!

Xfinity is going to hit you with price increases on the internet/TV side to make up for the mobile discount

Strangely they haven't done this to me, even though I have 2 years of monthly device credits left to receive. I recently did the normal crap with calling them to ask for a cable renewal deal and they offered me one like always.

The price increase will come after year 1 ends when the mobile discount drops off. It's literally like a casino. The house always wins.

Just left xfinity last week for US Mobile. And looking for s24 deal. Xfinitys plans aren't good value for singletons.

I had the same problem. It's a poorly built webpage. You have to act quick and after entering the code, hit 'Apply Code' button and act quickly (don't let the page refresh) to hit the continue button. A slower cellular connection helps in this case instead of a fast home internet/wifi. HTH.

Actually, I think the key is to not enter the promo code on the product page (which triggers the "Check back soon" issue) but rather to wait to enter the promo code in the cart. While I haven't gone beyond the cart to check out, my cart page is stable and shows the discount properly applied. No incognito mode or speed clicking required.

I can second this. However, if the page is already not loading (due to a previous attempt), then login in an incognito window, add the phone to the cart, then apply the promo only after it is added to the cart.
