Picked this up in blue as well as a couple other things. Already have a very similar jacket from Columbia that I absolutely love but paid almost double the price of this deal. I'm generally a fan of the quality Columbia puts out for the price.

So I have a jacket from them that basically looks identical, but it's called the Winter Warmth heavyweight fleece. When I look at my previous purchase it has the same warmth rating according to Columbia. The jacket I have has done me well in as low as 15-20 degree weather with just a long sleeve shirt on underneath. Once it got colder than that I needed a pullover or sweater underneath, but I haven't experienced much sub zero temps since purchasing.
I'm guessing this jacket is very slightly thinner than the one I have but I really don't know if that's the case until I receive it. I would say you can expect it to handle standard cold temps and wind with light snow easily. But single digit and below you're probably going to want something with down or real insulation.
