I have unfortunately had experience with a small business that purchased some of these instead of cheap new or refurb Dell units.
These will not function without a special imaging flash drive if Windows needs to be reinstalled. This includes a number of sketchy scripts that run. Drivers are not available unless getting a driver package directly from support. Download links provided are often dead from a free google drive account. TPM modules are hit or miss as to whether they work.
Do yourself a favor and get a Dell refurb. 10th Gen business& grade SFF PCs are available now for roughly the same.

I bought 2 of the Kamrui N100s and the fan started rattling on each unit in less than 6 months. I contacted their support and they confirmed that the fans failed, but didn't provide me with a shipping label or even an RMA number for me to stick in the box - just an address without a business name. Seems like a pretty real chance of paying to ship it to them, only to never hear from them again. To make things even worse, the CPU looks to be using some kind of proprietary cooler, likely made for a laptop. Good luck replacing it yourself. Also my units were unable to boot from the SATA port. They can only boot from the M.2 slot. I also suspect the included copy of Windows was installed from a greymarket key (or possibly just flat out cracked).
