Hmmm..odd..ive bought multiple guitars from them over the years and have been thrilled of the deals and new/well-packaged guitars I've received from them. Timely shipping as well. I had one return because the guitar weight was too heavy for me and my back issue. All positive experiences here 🎸 i just recently bought the Gretsch G2655T in the brown color. Love it..great deal! Thanks Adorama 👍
Buyer beware: I ordered the full size model of this guitar that was supposed to have the Bigsby and P90s, and they sent me one that did not contain a Bigsby on it. After 3 weeks of back and forth of sending them pictures and the serial number, they came back and said they received confirmation from Fender that the model I received does have a Bigsby. It 100% does not. I have had no issues with Adorama in the past with a couple high price items I got from them, but their customer service was terrible in this case.

I chatted with a rep from Adorama. She told me she could sell me one at regular price, but to get that deal I would have to buy it through an email...wtf?!

Would this be a good beginner guitar? Or would the other Gretsch be a better option for that? https://slickdeals.net/f/17341983-gretsch-g2215-p90-streamliner-junior-jet-club-electric-guitar-199-free-s-h?src=SiteSearch

I'd recommend a beginner going with the junior jet for $199. The bigsby just gets in the way and is harder to keep the strings in tune. But it looks cool and it does add some vibrato if those drawbacks are not a big deal to the user.

I got my 2655T delivered today and I love it! There's a couple small issues, a few frets are somewhat sharp and an f hole has an edge that's not as stained as the top. Compared to my epiphone Les Paul special II from 2007, it's way way nicer in every way. I love playing it, especially the bridge pickup. Thanks for posting this deal! I've been waiting for the right deal on a semi hollow and this was just about perfect for me.

Just got it today but I'm not sure if I have an issue or if I don't know any better. When I have the pickup position in the middle. It seems that whenever I choose to adjust the volume of either the neck or bridge pickup, it will end up controlling both pickups on either one of the control pots. In words I can't blend the pickups

Bummer that it wasn't set up better from the factory. It's normal for mail order guitars to need some setup adjustments but yours seems to have been sent out on a Friday at 4:00.
I suspect you may be new to setting up and adjusting a guitar.
I would advise bringing it to your local shop and have them do a full pro setup.
You won't regret it.
Otherwise, there are many instructions online for setting up a guitar. It's not hard, but the steps need to be performed in proper sequence.

What is the model inside your guitar's chamber? The one with Bigsby has letter T at the end of the model. The model is also printed on the guitar box. You can dispute with these evidences with the financial institution.
I did get a chance to check this out finally. So the model inside the chamber is "G2622-T", and has the serial number that was on the card included with the guitar. But, it has a v-tail on it and not a Bigsby, so it seems like it was Fender's screw up and not Adoramas. I sent the photo to Adorama and am waiting for a response. They didn't respond to my last email so I assume they just closed out my ticket: https://imgur.com/a/tPTh4bX

Or they may accuse you of installing the v-tail and taking the Bigsby?
Edit: I guess there would be evidence of the Bigsby having been on there. So they should honor the replacement.

I think it would have a different amount of screw holes, or they would be spaced differently if the Bigsby was removed?

Thank you for the suggestions and I will check it with the guitar store.

Are these better at playing jazz? My kid uses a MIM Fender and he is bugging me to buy a new guitar. I am inclined to buy an acoustic but get this one if it serves the purpose.
For jazz the most popular style of guitar is a full hollowbody
