When submitting the rebate, did you have to wait for the product to arrive and take an actual picture of the UPC or did you complete that step some other way?
Perhaps you're still waiting for the product to arrive. Just thought I'd ask.
Thanks for taking the time to share this!
Their rebate time was quite fast even when they said upto 6, I got my tools in about 3wks even when I made a mistake on claim form that required correcting.
Exactly I already have an SAE set that costs about $18 and I would have gotten this deal too but the rebate was the turn off.

This [amazon.com] is the amazon page for the sockets for reference.
This [amazon.com] I think is the amazon page for the bit holder that's included in the bit set. Seems that it attaches via a magnet AND a clip, which is incredibly annoying in my opinion since it gets way too hard to remove any bits from it, with or without gloves. Thought buying this might save me buying a bit holder but I would just end up replacing it with another and better bit holder instead.
Because they can sell your personal information for even more 💵💵💵
Many people slam the rebate process because they are simply unwilling to fill out a little paperwork and spend the money on an envelope and a stamp!
People that tell you rebates don't work obviously have no clue whatsoever what they are talking about.
Probably parrotting what some toxic, negative person told them.
Between 2000 and 2020 I have submitted well over $15,000 worth of rebates and 99.9% of them were good. Granted, once vendors began to send ATM cards it made it more challenging [had to spend the money within a couple of months usually], but like I said, 99.9% of all rebates were mailed back to me IF I filled the rebate out correctly and on time.
There is not room enough here or time enough for me to post all the incredible deals I received though the rebate process. Let's just say between 2000-2010 many vendors would give rebate offers that gave a whopping 50%-90% discount!
I lost track of how many computers I built and sold after finding massively discounted components that involved sending in a rebate.
I kind of wish vendors still did rebates like this, but, now-a-days, I simply do not have the time to jump through all the hoops! Also, often the rebates really aren't all the much!
Hope this helps!

Of course they work, but it's such a garbage process - I haven't considered my time worth it since around 2009.
