No need to root - use TetherFi [izzysoft.de] for free. If you must stick to the Play Store, there are apps like PDANet+, SecureTether, Netshare, etc. - I've personally used the first two in the past. SecureTether is free if you don't need anything above 256Kbps, otherwise all the Play Store options are paid with trial versions.

Technically it's 10GB of data because after than it says it will slow down and usually it's to the speeds that can't be used but to claim unlimited they do this BS wording while relieving themselves from getting sued by providing few Kbps speeds that you can't even use as GPS sometimes.

virtually ALL voip providers who charge for service pass along carrier fees $$.. ooma does it in spades, thats why i got rid of the service in 2014 after breaking the promise to keep taxes and fees low
