800 cycles not 400. And its not charges... its full cycles. So you would have to run from 100 to 0 and charge back to 100 every single day for over 2 years to reach 800 cycles. At that use level it is not a great choice but if used as an emergency power device or portable power device like when camping... its perfect at this price. Keeping the SOC between 20% to 80% when possible can also add considerable battery life.

DELTA
Capacity:1260Wh
Life Cycles: 800+ Cycle
Output: 1800W (Surge 3300W)
AC Input: 1200W Max
Solar Input: 400W

Cycles are 800 and the battery does not die. After 800 cycles the battery loses 20%

This is a common question and the cause of many arguments. I like to argue it this way. They are called generators because they can generate useable power from something not useable. Why is a Honda gas generator called a generator? Because it can take gas and turn it into useable power. Without gas it does nothing. Similarly a solar generator can capture the sunshine (via solar panels) and turn that into useable power. The bonus is the storage of that power...the battery. It is truly a generator by definition...but its hard to accept it because of pre-existing perceptions. In addition to that aspect, you can charge the battery several different ways using both AC or DC. Its quiet, safe, and can be run indoors without toxic fumes. There are so many advantages over gas generators quite frankly...its just for some reason folks are resistant to the tech.
By definition, this is not a generator. DC is already usable power, so even trying to state that it's taking DC and converting it to 'usable' AC power does not make this a generator. Without the solar panels, this is battery pack. That's all it is. It's not "hard to accept," it's simply incorrect to call this a generator. That's why you don't see jump-boxes called generators, or AA batteries called generators - because not only would that be incorrect, it would be deceptive marketing.

If this included solar panels, you could call it a generator. Sans panels, it's just a battery pack with a built-in converter to allow for AC output.

Who cares? Lithium Ion applies to more than power station batteries. Phones, tablets, and laptops run on Li Ion too. It's common for people to own those devices for years and their batteries reach full cycle and die. Facts help people make informed decisions.
We use and charge Li-on battery powered phones every day or even more often.
Power station is not charged every day...
If you use it frequently, you may do a full charge every week, so 800 full charge cycles can be used for 15-year, if you only charge to 80% that only uses 0.2 cycle to extend 5x life cycle to 75-year....
Math is a good thing 😜
circuit components have more chance to fail than battery...No need worry for the battery chemical that is why so many refurbished EcoFlow power stations are on sale!

Eco-worthy was having a sale on theirs on eBay.
Rigid solar panels are 2x cheaper and more sturdy than the portable ones.

Except battery also degrades over time, independent of charge cycles.

Certainly, you are correct, it is the same for the LFP battery as well

The point is if people should be informed that any Lithium Ion battery at 80% capacity is not a healthy battery. Doesn't matter how or when it got that way. Do not buy a battery that has lost 20% because it is going to die quickly.

You can do all the ideal world math you want and say you will never use up the battery, but in the real world batteries die faster than you predict. I used one full cycle every day. In less than 300 days, the battery lost over 30% capacity. They're counting on people to not use their batteries so they won't realize they don't hold up to their rating. Keeping the battery at 100%, leaving the battery at 0%, heat, and fast charging also reduce the cycle life. Show me what research paper says charging from 0 to 80% uses 0.2 cycle that is absolute nonsense! That's 0.8 cycles, "math is a good thing" yeah okay sure you know math.

OK, Mr. Math. "if you only charge to 80% that only uses 0.2 cycle" You sure know what you're talking about."Tesla USA selling cars are on Lithium Ion battery" Learn to read and write English. It's a good thing.

Could this be used as a UPS for computer equipment? Either directly or upstream from a UPS?
UPS is fast acting switchover in the case of a power failure. That is not what these glorified batteries are for. If you need a UPS then get a UPS. There was a great sine wave UPS deal for under $200 posted recently here. Get that instead.
