If your unable to get internet with data, the APN might be disabled like mine was. Go to APN and click on the circle to the right of it to switch it to enabled.

Do a chat with customer service. They will verify it and can manually activate your plan that is already on the phone. If it isn't there, return the phone.

Thanks. Do you mean customer service chat with tracphone or with HSN where I purchased it? Because I called tracphone to try to activate it and they said they needed me to purchase a plan to activate it.
If so, return it to HSN because it is SUPPOSED to have the service attached.

Yeah I called Tracfone to try to straighten everything out and they said there is no service so I would have to purchase a plan to activate the phone. I then called HSN and they told me they can exchange the phone so I guess that's what I'll be doing. Thanks for your responses.

When activated it doesn't even ask for Sim Card Number.
Both Tracfone and same price ($60).
