I'd like to thank everyone who has gone out of their way to point out that a product called "Cinnamon Toast Crunch Creamy Cinnamon Spread" is not a health food. This really upends my diet plans.

What exactly is it used on? Is it similar to peanut butter? Could you simply make a sandwich, with some jam or jelly and some of this Cinnamon Toast Crunch spread stuff? Or, what do you use it for/ how do you eat it?

Man, I was tempted. But the first ingredient is brown sugar. This is just a sugary spread with cinnamon in it. It's basically candy.
