Bought these during last sale and loved it! I have a big head and it's hard to find a fitting hat. The XXL size was perfect fit and very comfortable for all day wear. These are NOT adjustable so you need to measure your head circumference and pick the correct size. I do also have one of their adjustable Blitzing hat but it seemed shallower and softer (sagging), which didn't look as good as these non-adjustable ones.

Picked up a couple more this round. Thanks for the post!

I had this exact same problem. The first one I bought was too small, and the band got all wrinkled and stretched out, and threads unraveled. I bought a second one that fit much better (one size larger), and the same thing happened to that one despite it fitting well. Never been washed in the washing machine, either.

Yeah, I bought a few of these caps and they didn't last long because the elastic band went bad and got bunched up, so that makes it uncomfortable to wear and leaves you with marks on your forehead when you remove the cap. Not sure if sweat makes the band do that, age or washing it. However, I only hand washed them and let them air dry, so that normally wouldn't wreck the elastic. I think they just use cheap elastic bands in these caps that don't last long.
