I'll just say that I bought a beautiful and expensive wool rug when I moved into my new house and my aging dog peed on it and I've shampooed it multiple times and still can't fully get the stains out. I swapped it out with a cheapie poly rug and any time she peed on it, it came right out with easy clean up and no stain. So if you have a situation that might lead to stains, you might not want to drop a bunch of money on wool.
I'm having a heck of a time finding good wool rug deals.
try Homegoods, but focus on the rugs hanging from the ceiling…they're not "premium" wool, but there's some that are 100%. I have two, and while they shed enough under my playful pup that i run a no-dig vacuum twice a week, they also aren't filling him with microplastics. Cheap/lazy/filthy? Buy poly. Adults buy wool.
Looked at the 6k reviews, most of them are repetitive and same, not expecting anything crazy for that prize but still fake reviews sourced from third party made me cancel the order.

Wool rugs are not my preference because they are so difficult to clean.
She was 14 years old and we had to put her down last month, thanks.
