Similar to the Front Page deal for the 100-Pc Makita ImpactX Driving Bit Set, this one is better quality (+$2 cheaper) and also qualifies for the free socket rebate.
(FYI, even though it has less total bits 45 vs 100 pieces, this set has the SQ3 & T40 that the 100 bit set does not include.)

If you only have a regular drill these still work fine but aren't especially necessary. That being said... good quality bits with precise, sturdy heads that won't strip out screws never go out of style if you're down for an impulse buy.

It's this exact set. The other bits seem to be ok but the flatheads just shatter easily. For the price with the socket set it's still a good deal
