The "Extra 50% Off Clearance" promo doesn't apply to the clearance items in my cart. Website error?

edit: so I see there's a sale for things on clearance, plus if you spend $100 you get an extra discount. of course I end up buying way more than I should have.

These are not oxfords: they're open-laced. The analogous descriptor that fits is "Darby". And there is no brogueing (decorative holes in the leather).
