The smell is not great when you spray directly on burnt stuff, but I disagree that it doesn't make some things easier.

I have some enamel pans that are a true PITA to clean. A few sprays of this stuff and let it sit for a few minutes and it's 10x easier to clean off than a standard dawn soak and scrub.

Basically I use both products, this is primarily for the burnt/stuck on stuff. Spray and come back to it in a few minutes. Most everything else is still standard dawn.

I bought a bottle and started making the solution at home with Apple flavored Dawn, rubbing alcohol and water. The $6 bottle of dawn will make about 10 of these I think

I regret buying this stuff. The smell is horrible and the cleaning ability is nothing special. Just a gimmick to sell watered down soap
I'd have to agree , I bought this last week bc it has a great reputation cleaning air fryers. It's nothing special. I been using dawn platinum regular dish soap for years. I may use this as wheel cleaner when I wash my car….

It definitely works wonders in certain situations (like soap scum in the shower), but you're better off using a dishwasher or Dawn for typical dishes. Using this stuff for everything would be wasteful.

Smell is abhorrent but it does work for some things. I used it to clean my bike cassette and use it on grease stained clothes before going in the washer.

I see where you're coming from, and it is watered down soap, but I still like it. I tend to squeeze too hard and use way too much soap when it's concentrated. This stuff just makes it easier to see I've got enough soap on the pan and it's easier to work into a lather. It's overpriced, but I've been using the first 3 bottles I got for 2 years now. Well worth the convenience.

This made hand washing baby bottles kinda fun.. breast milk can be so fatty, the bottles feel so greasy - we bought these to speed up the cleansing process. It's been great!

What's the formula? I tried something similar but didn't get the foaming action of the original, although was used with Palmolive instead of Dawn.

I did get the Dawn Apple a while back on a deal here(3 x 22 oz bottles) but haven't used them yet.

Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend using this for wheel cleaning. It will easily strip any clear coat after a few cleanings unless you add a wheel coating or at least a good sealant.

Bought this at Sam's. It's kinda strange. Has a propolyene glycol/greasy feeling when cleaning dishes. It seems to work OK, but it doesn't cut like the normal ultra stuff.

That's the way it's supposed to feel. That's how surfactants work.

Fill the bottle 1/3 of the way with soap, add 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol and then fulll bottle with hot water

Just started doing this and it works very well. You can find a similar reusable spray bottle with a glass base at your local HomeGoods.
