Nice deal op $84 without battery and charger but for 89 you get a charger and a battery not a bad deal for an extra five.
Depends which size you get. There are $30, $60 and $90 batteries. My $60 one lasts 4 hours on high, triple that for low.
If you wanted to go ice fishing, there's a $300 battery that will last all weekend.
But it's heavy and bulky.

I have the hoodie as well. When in starts to get below the 50's, the sweater alone even on high is not enough. It is just not thick enough for that. But if you throw a good jacket over it and set the sweater on low and you'll be toasty outside in the 40,s and even 30's for most of your work shift. And once back inside, you can shed the jacket and go back to just sweater. It's comfortable and I like it a lot.

But I washed it quite a few times over the two years that I have had it and it stopped working. There must be a short somewhere as it blows the soldered internal fuse on the battery adapter when trying to turn it on. Charging cord looks ok. At this price, probably going to get another one of these instead of ripping it open to find the issue.

Edit: Deal still going so bought one today (3/27) to replace the old one. Thanks OP 🤙

huge fan of ororo, but thought I would guve this a try as all my ororo gear are hardshell, wanted something to fit under a jacket. This feels great, nice heat, feels like you have a flashlight in your pocket and when its zipped it pulls slightly in the front, hardly noticeable. unzipped it feels lopsided with the battery. Gonna be great for wirk abd a good price

If people are saying that this jacket alone doesn't warm you up in very cold climate, then is it even worth getting? Is it more practical to just wear double or triple layers? Is it really worth buying this gizmo? I'm interested, but can someone tell me if it's practical to use it often in cold climate
